FlockCal collects account and profile details, calendar and event information, circle membership, invitations, messages, polls, lists, notification preferences, subscription status, device tokens, sync status, and support requests as needed to provide the service.

Location and contacts

When you choose a location feature, FlockCal may process an address or coordinates to provide weather, travel-time, and reminder features. Selected contact details are used only to prepare invitations you choose to send.

Sharing and service providers

Imported calendar events default to free/busy sharing unless you choose otherwise. We use service providers for authentication, cloud hosting, maps and routes, weather, notifications, and subscription processing. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Deletion and retention

You can permanently delete your account from FlockCal Settings or start a deletion request on our account deletion page. We retain information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
